Both your plans – Diet as well as Workout – are completely customised to your specifications and are updated regularly based on your progress and feedback. They include weekly check-ins to keep you motivated and accountable.

Once you purchase the MSF 6 Month Program, I will send you the MSF Fitness Questionnaire on your email that will allow me to understand your current body condition, lifestyle, preferences and goals.
– Breaks: You can freeze your membership for a total of 5 Weeks (meaning an 5-Week extension beyond 26 Weeks) for absolutely no cost during the entire plan. This freezing of membership has to be taken in multiples of 1 week.
– Travel Tips: You will have 24/7 support via email during your travel periods, in case you need guidance on what to eat/avoid while travelling.
