Let me start by introducing myself. My name is Miten Kakaiya and I’m a Fitness Coach, Speaker, and All-round Fitness Enthusiast based out of Mumbai, India. My one aim is to help you get into the kind of shape you have always dreamed of having. Whatever your fitness goals – whether they are toning your body, sporting washboard abs, or even rocking a little black dress – I’m here to help you achieve them.
My path to becoming a Fitness Professional has been somewhat atypical. I like to think that rather than I picking the field of fitness, it was fitness that picked me. The fact is, I was never fit as a child. My waist size was 38 inches at one point! But life went on, and I never really did anything about it. I grew up, went to the UK, and completed my Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering. I even went on to work at Airbus for a while. But even though I loved planes, I knew that this was not what I wanted to be doing for the rest of my life.

So, I went on a journey to find myself. I went through a year of unemployment, struggle, and some false starts. But somewhere along the way, hitting the gym became a part of my life. I got started on my own personal fitness journey. And over time, I realized that fitness was the one thing that kept me the most disciplined, driven, and dedicated. That was it. I had found my passion. I knew what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. I wanted to stay fit, and I wanted to show others how easy it was to do the same.
THE MSF JOURNEY
But before jumping into the game, I took my time and educated myself about diet and fitness. I did a lot of research and tried various methods on myself, and realized what works and what doesn’t. Once I was confident in my approach and the results that it promised, I launched MSF (Miten Says Fitness) – my Online Personal Coaching program to help people transform their bodies – no matter their age, body shape, or lifestyle.

Today, I have helped more than 6000+ individuals in more than 36 countries across the world including small towns India, and countries like USA, UK, Tanzania, Singapore, Canada, UAE, Indonesia, Pakistan, Oman, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Ghana, South Africa, Australia, Denmark, Germany, France, Italy, and other countries across the globe transform their bodies with MSF Transformation (Diet + Training) Plans. I also conduct fitness workshops, talks, events, and Q&A sessions at various prestigious locations and with people from different age groups and walks of life.
