What are the different types of MSF Online Training Programs?
There are 3 types of MSF Online Training Programs: MSF Diet Plan, MSF Training/Workout Plan and MSF Body Transformation Plan. You can find the details of each of these in the product descriptions in the online store. Each Plan comes in 3 duration options – 4 Weeks, 8 Weeks & 12 Weeks.
Who can join an MSF Online Training Program?
If you are someone who has constantly tried multiple programs and fallen off the wagon repeatedly;
If you are someone who has never even moved an inch of your body before (never done any workout or diets);
If you are someone who is already fit, but looking to get fitter;
If you are someone who is struggling with the way you look and feel about yourself;
If you are someone who is looking to feel more confident about yourself;
Then our MSF Transformation Plans are just the right thing for you.
No matter which city, country you are from; no matter your age/gender; no matter whether you are looking to lose fat and/or build muscle; as long as you have access to internet, MSF Transformation Plans and our coaching program will prove to be beneficial for you.
What happens after I purchase an MSF Online Training Program?
Once you Enrol/Sign up for any of our MSF Transformation Plans using the secure checkout option on our website, you will receive 2 emails:
1. Your Payment Receipt
2. Further steps regarding your sign up
In this further steps, I will collect all the details about your current body (height, weight, age, gender, etc), lifestyle, preferences, whether you have access to any equipments or not and your fitness goals. Based on your response to this questionnaire, I prepare your meal plan and workout plan for week 1 and send it over to you on your email.
Once you begin, I will personally collect your feedback and progress report at the end of your Week 1 and prepare your next week's plan accordingly.
Along with this, you get constant, world class support and motivation as a part of your coaching journey with MSF.
Will I receive support during my MSF Online Training Program?
You will receive constant support and motivation via email throughout our journey together. If you have any doubts, queries or concerns, no matter how big or small, please do not hesitate to email us onMitenSaysFitness@gmail.com. We will assist you, guide you, and motivate you and make sure you overcome any challenges or difficulties faced.
How will my MSF Meal Plan be personalised for me?
Your personalized mealplan will be carefully made to help you reach your specific goals. I will make this based on your current body condition, lifestyle, preferences, and limitations. I will carefully calculate the macronutrient and calorie requirements for your body and create a meal plan that’s specific to your lifestyle and routine/schedule. So, the more information you share with me, the more personalised I can make your plan.
Do I need a gym membership to follow the MSF Workout Plan? Or do I need any equipments to workout?
No. You don't necessarily have to visit the gym to workout. You don't even need any fancy equipments in order to workout. When I say personalised workout plan, I truly mean personalised and prepare your workout plan based on your preference:
Whether you want to workout at the gym OR at home!
Whether you have access to any equipment or not!
The choice is yours, and you get to workout wherever you feel comfortable
Do I need to take any supplements or performance boosters in order to achieve my fitness goals?
Your meal plan is going to be completely natural. MSF does not promote the usage of any kind of steroids or performance boosters, and you will NEVER be asked to take them.
Is the workout plan too intense?
No. Your workout plan will be based on your body’s current capabilities and limitations.
If you are someone who has been training for years, I will help make your workouts more effective.
If you are someone who has never worked out before, I will make sure that your workout plan is easy for you to follow.
What kind of food will I be eating as part of my MSF Diet Plan?
Your diet plan comes with quick, easy and delicious recipes that make your meal plan sustainable for you. The food in your meal plan will be made to fit your tastes, preferences, limitations and your budget!
You don't like eating simple home cooked food? I will make you eat simple home cooked food!
You can't cook multiple meals in a day? I will make sure that you don't spend too much time in the kitchen!
You don't like a particular food item? I will try to exclude those from your meal plans!
I signed up for MSF Online Training, but do not wish to continue. Can I get a refund?
MSF does not currently offer any kind of exchange or refund. Once you sign up for MSF Online Training, you are a client of MSF until your programexpires. If you go through a serious medical emergency, please write to me atMiten@MitenSaysFitness.comto evaluate refund options.
Is there an expiry for the program?
You get up to 10 days from the date of sign up to start your program. Your program expiry information is sent to you in our email with the Further Steps.
What are my payment options?
Currently,you can pay with any Credit or Debit Card, or via Indian Net Banking. If you are situated outside India, you can pay using the PayPal option at checkout.

Can I have a cheat meal?
Apart from eating as per your meal plan 6 days a week, you get 1 (one) cheat day every week to help you sustain your journey and satisfy your cravings. On your cheat days, there are no limitations on what you can eat, and that includes desserts too!
