- 1 weekly Cheat Day
- Regular updates based on your progress and feedback. You will receive updates every 2 weeks for the first 8 weeks, and every 3 weeks for the remaining 44 Weeks.
- Completely Natural Food

- Completely personalised workout plan, complete with detailed notes, sets, reps and rest period.

Both your plans – Diet as well as Workout – are completely customised to your specifications and are updated regularly based on your progress and feedback. They include weekly check-ins to keep you motivated and accountable.

Once you purchase the MSF Annual Plan, I will send you the MSF Fitness Questionnaire on your email that will allow me to understand your current body condition, lifestyle, preferences and goals. You will receive your plan for Week 1 within 24 hours after you fill up the MSF Fitness Questionnaire and reply to me.
Please note:
- Refunds: You are entitled to a 50% refund anytime within the first 12 Weeks of purchase.
- Breaks: You can freeze your membership for a total of 8 Weeks (meaning an 8-Week extension beyond 52 Weeks) for absolutely no cost during the entire plan. This freezing of membership has to be taken in multiples of 1 week.
- Travel Tips: You will have 24/7 support via email during your travel periods, in case you need guidance on what to eat/avoid while travelling.
