Weddings are stressful! Not just for the brides/grooms-to-be but for close friends and family as well. And the one thing that gets sidelined among all the wedding madness is your fitness routine. After all, who has time to focus on health and fitness when there are a million wedding-related errands to be done? Still, there are some simple things that you can do to make sure you are fit, energetic and looking your best when the celebrations begin.
It’s not just the bride and groom… With so many photo ops all around, everyone wants to look their best at a wedding. But for an occasion so important, it’s about more than just looking fit.
